Ilmoittautumisen ehdot:

1. Ilmoittautumismaksu sisältää osallistumisoikeuden Helsinki Velotour 2018 -tapahtumaan, ajanoton, tavarasäilytyksen, sekä huoltopisteiden ja maalialueen ruokapalvelut.
2. Matkan tai lähtöryhmän valinta ei ole sitova, vaan sitä voi vaihtaa ennakkoilmoittautumisen päättymiseen asti sähköpostitse tulevassa ilmoittautumisvahvistuksessa olevan linkin kautta. Osa lähtöryhmistä voi kuitenkin täyttyä ennen ennakkoilmoittautumisen päättymistä.
3. Ilmoittautumisella ei ole peruutusoikeutta. Lääkärintodistusta vastaan ilmoittautuminen voidaan siirtää seuraavan vuoden tapahtumaan.
4. Ilmoittautuminen voidaan siirtää toiselle henkilölle 10 euron palvelumaksua vastaan.
5. Ennakkoon ilmoittautuneiden etunimi, sukunimi, paikkakunta/seura ja lähtöryhmä julkaistaan tapahtuman nettisivuilla.
6. Kuntolähtöjen osallistujat on vakuutettu järjestäjän puolesta.

Terms of registration:

1. The registration fee includes the participation right for the Helsinki Velotour 2018 cycling event, timing and result service, luggage service, and food service at rest points and the finish area.
2. Distance and speed group can be changed until the end of pre-registration, behind the link in the confirmation e-mail. However, speed groups can fill up before the pre-registration ends.
3. The registration can not be cancelled. If a medical certificate is provided the registration can be moved to next year’s event.
4. The registration can be be moved to another person for a service fee of 10 euros.
5. The name, home town/club and start group of the entrant are published on the organizer’s web site.
6. Participants of the sportive starts are insured by the organizer.
